Balance
During this confusing time of being on lock down or self isolating. It may be a struggle to actually find any balance in our life. Everyday just feels the same and there is no real balance between being productive and enjoying some relaxing time.
It may be a struggle to do even do anything productive as you may think what's the point if I have to be at home all day? Well, there is a point because it is back looking after your mental health and well being. Plus you are going to get bored from just laying around in your pyjamas all day doing nothing productive.
Now is the time to start a balance between work and play. Doing productive things like cleaning the house, doing some writing, studying or working from home comes first every time. Of course when you are feeling stressed or unmotivated then it's time to play. Be productive as much as you can throughout the day but if you're feeling down then it's time to chill out and relax for a while before getting back to being productive.
It is all about balance and if you can balance your productive time to your relaxation time then you are going to be just fine.
I know this was a short post but I thought give out some advice during this confusing time where we have to stay at home.
