My Reading List
It's been a while since I've talked about books on this blog. Mostly because I've been in a massive reading slump where I've been struggling to do any kind of reading. It had nothing to do with the book. I just sometimes get lazy. It's a struggle but I did get through my current read and now I want to get back into reading again.
I thought it would be the perfect time to share with you my current reading list. I only have three books on here because I figured any more would be a struggle and I am more likely to finish this reading list this month.
Current Read
My current read is Still Me by JoJo Moyes. This has been sitting on my bookshelf for a while. It is the third book in the Me before You series and I read the previous two books. So far I am enjoying this book as it does have a few references to the first book which makes me happy. I am only sixty pages in but I've recently discovered I am a bit of a slow reader. I am hoping this lock down will encourage me to read more. I also really love the bright yellow cover as it is a reference to the famous bumblebee tights.
Audio-book
The audio-book I am reading at the moment is Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I love listening to the Harry Potter audiobook series because I just find Stephen Fry's voice so calming whenever I listen to it. Plus when I am listening to an audiobook I can do other things like walking or tidying my room. I find audiobooks count as reading and if there's one audiobook I would highly recommend listening to. It's the Harry Potter series.
Next Read
The book I am planning on reading next is The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks. I love this movie. It is so beautiful and I never realised it was originally a novel. It has been sitting on my shelf for a while now but now that I have more time to get through my TBR list, I thought this would be a good choice to read next.
Anyway, that is my reading list for the moment. I hope you enjoyed it and let me know what you're reading at the moment. I love hearing about recommendations for books.
Thank you for reading my post and I will be back with another tomorrow.
See you then.
