Makeup Routine

I'm someone who wears makeup on a daily basis to work and I'd thought I'd share my daily makeup routine with you guys to create a natural look. I've added a few new products to my routine since my last makeup post so I hope you enjoy it.

The first thing I always start with is my eyebrows because I feel like that's what shapes my face but also I'm a perfectionist so I like to try to do them the best that I can first. Plus if I make a mistake with them, I can easily rub it off without ruining the rest of my face. I've been loving using the Collection Incredibrow Pen in the shade blonde as it really helps me to shape my brows and fill them in perfectly. 

Now for concealer because I don't wear foundation on a daily basis. I've been loving this concealer which is the Studio London Flaunt Flawless Cream Concealer. It blends in well to my face particularly under the eyes and it does the job perfectly. I've been looking for a new concealer for a while so I decided to try this one and I'm impressed with it so far.

I like to set my concealer with the Collection Pressed Powder and honestly, it's a good affordable powder that does the job. I hardly notice it's there when it's on my face which is what I think a good powder should do. This is a translucent shade so it's perfect for everyday use.

To shape my face I use the Collection Sculpt Highlight Contour Kit. As you can tell I've hit pan that I use this contour a lot. It just works well with my face and gives my face a bit of shape in the key areas such as under the cheek bone, on the jawline and on my temples as well as on my nose. I love it as it blends so well and just gives my face a bit of shape which is what I look for with a contour kit.

I'm noticing I use a lot of Collection products but because they are so affordable and work so well, it's honestly why I love them. This is the Collection Blush in the shade Bashful 2 and it's honestly a nice natural pink colour that works well on my cheeks. I love using blush as it just adds a bit of extra colour to the face and this one is very pigmented.

For my eyeshadow I use the Studio London Colour Icon Eyeshadow palette. I love this palette because it's not a huge palette and all the colours can be used on a daily basis or for a more evening look. I tend to use the shades revealed, cashmere, bare and natural for a natural eyeshadow look. I love this palette as it's very pigmented and perfect for everyday use. 

For my mascara I use the Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Sky High mascara. I love Maybelline mascaras and this one is great because it really lifts up my eye and the one thing I look for in a good mascara is that it doesn't smudge when I rubs my eyes and this one is one of those mascaras that doesn't smudge which is why I love it. Not only does it make my lashes look great but it doesn't smudge too. 

For my lips, I always have to use my Vaseline to moisturise my lips as they get so dry. Sometimes I don't even bother with lipstick and just use this. I honestly love it and cannot live without it. 

Finally, I like to use my favourite lipstick which is the Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick in the shade Vintage pink. I love this lipstick as it's a nice pink colour that really looks nice on the lips but is also moisturising too so I don't have to worry about my lips drying out when I wear it. I love it.
