Day In My Life

I thought for today's post I'd share some snippets of a day in my life and what I get up to during the day. This was a typical normal working day for me so let's get started.
My day starts when I wake up at 7am and I normally get up as soon as my alarm goes off. I then go straight to the bathroom to do my business and brush my teeth.
I then make coffee because coffee is always needed in the morning and I like to have it while I get ready for work. 
The first thing I do is use my L'Oréal Paris Micellar Water and a reusable pad to do my skincare. I don't really do a lot of skincare but I do this so I can cleanse my face and make sure nothing is left on my face before I start doing my makeup.
Makeup is an important part of my routine because I like to put makeup on because it makes me feel good. I also just do a natural look for work and I do the same look. I'll leave a link below to my makeup routine that I normally do for work at the end of this post.
Finally, I get dressed and prepare my bag. On this day I had an interview after work so I had some notes and things to put in my bag so I was preparing for that. Now, it's off to work for the day to earn that moolah.
I can't really show where I work for obvious reasons but here's a keyboard I use as I'm in front of a computer most days.
As I said before, I had an interview after work on this day so I was preparing some notes and things ready for it. The interview went really well and I felt I did my best, although I won't find out the result until the day after this post goes out. Fingers crossed.
I then had a play of Tomb Raider remastered when I got home. I've played the first game again because I wanted to earn some trophies. If you didn't know a mini goal of mine is to get as many Playstation trophies as possible for no real reason then personal satisfaction. This was the St Francis Folly level which is one of the most iconic Tomb Raider levels of all time.
After having a little play, I worked on a few more of June's posts as I hadn't fully completed them all so I was working and editing on a few of those.
For dinner, me and mum decided to have a Chinese takeaway. We always get the same order every time which is beef chow mein, sweet and sour chicken (hong kong style), egg fried rice and crispy seaweed. I'm also someone who always stuff everything into a prawn cracker. It's like heaven. Let me know what your usual order is in the comments below. It amazes me that nobody ever has the same order. There's always something different. 
While we ate our chinese food we decided to watch Rocketman as we hadn't watched it in a while. Taron Egerton is amazing in it. 
After the movie, I went up to bed and just watched a few YouTube videos before going to sleep.

30 Things To Do Before I'm 30

I thought I would do one of those posts where I talk about things I want to do in the future and why not do a 30 things I want do before I'm 30 so I have about nine years to achieve these thirty goals for myself. It's also something I could look back on when I am thirty years old to see if I actually have achieved any of these things. Hopefully I will but we'll have to wait and see in nine years time. 1. Chapter Two

The end of the longest month of the year to enter the shortest month of the year, except it's a leap year so instead of twenty eight days, we have twenty nine days. How exciting.  I've had an interesting first month of the year. I booked a once in a lifetime trip to Las Vegas and I'm also planning on booking a holiday to Ireland which is very exciting as I've never been to Ireland before. I think this year is going to be full of adventures so I'm looking forward to what this year will bring. It's getting me motivated to start living a healthier lifestyle though. Eating less and moving more.  I'm also still saving up on top of all the holidays, I hope to buy a car this year. I'm not sure what I'm planning on doing this February.
