The Fake Dinner Party

If you could have a dinner party with any three people (dead/alive, real/fiction), who would they be and why?

I thought I'd do a fun post today and I've always wanted to do this as I've thought about many times of if I could have anyone at a dinner party then who would it be. This is just my opinion but I would love to hear who your three people would be if you could invite anyone to a dinner party in the comments below.

Let's get started.

1. Albus Dumbledore
Honestly, when I read the Harry Potter series there's always a few characters that I wish I knew a bit more about. One of those characters is Dumbledore. He is a fascinating man and I kind of wish they'd release the fictional autobiography of the Life and Lies of Albus Dumbledore because I kind of want to know more about this man. I also watched a theory video of Dumbledore's plan by the Super Carlin Brothers. I'd highly recommend it because they delve into each of the seven books and go into the reasons why Dumbledore may have had a huge plan along. I'll leave a link at the end of this post if you want to check it out on YouTube. Plus I just feel like he would have so much to say. All the stories he could tell as the man was over a hundred had lived a life. Also the big question, what did he really see in the Mirror of Erised? Grindelwald? His family? Socks? Who knows? I just think he would be a fascinating person to talk to at a dinner party.

2. Robin Williams
This one is a really sad one because Robin Williams' death shocked me the most. It was so sad how it happened. Depression is something that should be taken seriously. It also shows that even the happiest people that bring so much joy to the world could be the saddest. One of the reasons why I'd want Robin Williams as a dinner guest is because he's funny and also a comedic genius. His impressions are incredible and honestly I feel like he'd be an interesting and fun man to talk to at the dinner table. That man has a story to tell as he has done some incredible films in his lifetime. He's one of those people that I would love to hear from and I feel he would bring so much to the dinner party both comedically and emotionally.

3. Johnny Depp
A controversial one I know but honestly, I have loved Johnny Depp since I was a teenager and I love his films. Captain Jack Sparrow is honestly his greatest work. Both in the movies but the fact he used to dress up as Jack Sparrow and visit children's hospitals to entertain the kids. Honestly, it warms my heart. I also feel like he'd be a fascinating man to talk to as he does have a story. Not just with all the divorce drama but there's so much more to him than the case. Plus I feel like he would be such a laid back man to talk to and you can probably tell him anything and he won't judge you. I don't care what people think of this man because of the court case. I would want this man at a dinner party just to talk to him and listen to his story.

There we have it. Those are my three guests at a dinner party and I feel like it would be a fun, insightful and fascinating dinner party. If only it was possible. This was a fun thing to think about and I'd highly encourage you to think about it too. If you could have anyone at your dinner party whether they were dead or alive, real or fictional, who would it be and why? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

Thanks again for taking the time to view my blog and I'll be back tomorrow with another post for you.

See you then.
