Chapter Seven

Can you believe we're in the seventh month of 2024? Where did this year go? In five months it's going to be December then before you know it we'll say hello to 2025.

This month is an interesting one for me because a change is about to happen to me that I'm nervous about but also a little bit excited as it will be a new chapter in my life. This month is going to be a bittersweet feeling for me because something I really love is about to come to an end but something new is about to begin for me. Does anyone else get mixed emotions when a big change is about to happen in their life or do you feel one emotion more than the others? Change always brings a mixed bag of emotions for me as I tend to often feel both sides of the scale. That's the beauty of an overthinker. It's why I'm glad I have an outlet like my blog or even journaling where I can share all my thoughts and feelings so I don't get too overwhelmed. It's good to have an outlet for your emotions because the worst thing you can do is keep them all bottled up inside. It's not good for your mental health. Finding an outlet whether it's blogging, journaling, writing or even talking to someone can really help you to take the weight off how you're feeling, especially if you're feeling overwhelmed. Let me know what your outlet is for when you're feeling emotional about change. I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below or send me an email if it's too personal. My email is at the end of this post.

Anyway, apart from a big change that is happening in my life, there's nothing else going on with me this month. July is definitely not the same as when you were in school and it was the start of the Summer break. When you're older, it's just like every month except the weather is hotter. Sometimes if we're lucky.

That's all I have to say for this post. I hope you have a lovely July and I'll be back again soon with another post.

See you then.
