Day 8 Food

The eighth photo of my photo challenge is food. 
Yes, that's a load of sweets but it was in fact my leaving present from work. For those that don't know I've recently changed jobs which was a decision that I wasn't originally planning on but it's happened and here we are. I actually started my new job last week and I'm really enjoying it so far. It's definitely something different but I'm excited to see where it takes me.

Anyway, on my last day of my previous job my manager told me to expect something in the post and when I got home a parcel had arrived for me. In it were these sweets and honestly it was the sweetest present I've ever had. No pun intended. It also got me thinking that this would be perfect for day eight of my photo challenge because it's not everyday you receive a box of sweets in the post. I've gotten through some of them so far and I'm honestly so grateful to my managers for getting me this. I really wasn't expecting anything. This just means I don't have to buy any sweets for a while which is nice. I am actually sharing some of them with my mum as I don't think I can eat all of them.

Planning for the future is probably one of the most scariest things. Especially when you have an end goal but have no idea how to achieve that goal. 30 Things To Do Before I'm 30

I thought I would do one of those posts where I talk about things I want to do in the future and why not do a 30 things I want do before I'm 30 so I have about nine years to achieve these thirty goals for myself. It's also something I could look back on when I am thirty years old to see if I actually have achieved any of these things. Hopefully I will but we'll have to wait and see in nine years time. 1. Get my degree Now this is probably an obvious one as I'm in my third year of university but honestly after two years of doing university it would be nice if next year I could have a degree. Chapter Two

The end of the longest month of the year to enter the shortest month of the year, except it's a leap year so instead of twenty eight days, we have twenty nine days. How exciting.  I've had an interesting first month of the year. I booked a once in a lifetime trip to Las Vegas and I'm also planning on booking a holiday to Ireland which is very exciting as I've never been to Ireland before. I think this year is going to be full of adventures so I'm looking forward to what this year will bring. It's getting me motivated to start living a healthier lifestyle though. Eating less and moving more.  I'm also still saving up on top of all the holidays, I hope to buy a car this year. I'm not sure what I'm planning on doing this February.
