Chapter Nine

I can't believe it's September, it feels like yesterday I was doing Chapter One on New Year's Day and here we are nine months later like a new baby being born. Not that there's anything new as I've been doing these chapter posts for nine months but at least I'm consistent. 

This month is an exciting month for me because not only is it the beginning of my favourite season which is Autumn, at the end of this month I'm going to Las Vegas for a week to celebrate my mum's sixtieth birthday. I'm very excited for it because I've never been to Las Vegas, it's my first time on the West coast of America and also we're going to visit the Grand Canyon while we're there so that's another exciting thing to cross off my bucket list. I'm also one of those weird people that likes travelling on a plane, it's always exciting to me and it's even more exciting because we're going to have those TVs on the back of the seat which I'm looking forward to watching. Fingers crossed it actually works. I will be bringing lots of things to do on the plane as it is a ten hour flight which is possibly the longest flight I've ever been on so I'm definitely going to be prepared for it. We're also going with Virgin Atlantic and I've never flown with Virgin before so I'm kind of excited to see what it's like. I've watched videos online of the planes so I'm looking forward to it.

Other than that, there's not really much else going on this month for me other than work. I think I may go visit some family soon as well as it's been a while. Anyway, that's all I have to say for this post. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and I'll be back soon with another post.

Planning for the future is probably one of the most scariest things. Especially when you have an end goal but have no idea how to achieve that goal. 30 Things To Do Before I'm 30

I thought I would do one of those posts where I talk about things I want to do in the future and why not do a 30 things I want do before I'm 30 so I have about nine years to achieve these thirty goals for myself. It's also something I could look back on when I am thirty years old to see if I actually have achieved any of these things. Hopefully I will but we'll have to wait and see in nine years time. 1. Get my degree Now this is probably an obvious one as I'm in my third year of university but honestly after two years of doing university it would be nice if next year I could have a degree. Chapter Two

The end of the longest month of the year to enter the shortest month of the year, except it's a leap year so instead of twenty eight days, we have twenty nine days. How exciting.  I've had an interesting first month of the year. I booked a once in a lifetime trip to Las Vegas and I'm also planning on booking a holiday to Ireland which is very exciting as I've never been to Ireland before. I think this year is going to be full of adventures so I'm looking forward to what this year will bring. It's getting me motivated to start living a healthier lifestyle though. Eating less and moving more.  I'm also still saving up on top of all the holidays, I hope to buy a car this year. I'm not sure what I'm planning on doing this February. I know there's Valentine's Day which as a single person is a day I detest, although I'm going to make plans and celebrate my single hood. Then of course there's pancake day which is always a treat.
