September Favourites

Here we are at the end of another month and so it's time for another monthly favourite. As you're reading this I'm currently on a plane flying back from Las Vegas which I'm going to do a whole post on in October because that was a once in a lifetime trip. It meant that I had to write this post slightly earlier than I normally would so that it goes out on time. Anyway, let's get started with my favourites of the month.

McFly
This month reminded me of how much I love my favourite band McFly and I also saw them live in Manchester which was honestly incredible. Twenty years I've loved them and I honestly can't believe I saw them live for the first time this month. They are such good performers and honestly, I had the best time even though it poured with rain while I was there. It was so good. I was singing along to all their songs. I even prepared a playlist before I went from a previous set list which really helped and made me discover songs I hadn't heard before but really loved. My new favourite discovery was definitely Red. That was epic to watch but even singing along to their classic songs just brought so much joy to me. I loved it which is why they are a definite favourite of this month.

Roller Coasters
I went to Alton Towers at the beginning of this month and I haven't been to a theme park in years. It was also my first time at Alton Towers. Yet it reminded me of how much I love rollercoasters. I just love that adrenaline rush and also that nervousness as you're going up on the rollercoaster knowing you've got to come down. It is just an incredible feeling and made me realise that if I ever have a boyfriend I will want to go on dates to theme parks because that would be so cool. I already know that if I ever get married that our honeymoon is at Walt Disney World in Florida so take notes for my future husband. I just love how much fun going on a rollercoaster is and made me want to go to more theme parks soon. I would also love to go to Alton Towers again because I didn't have a chance to go on The Smiler and that was a ride I really wanted to try.

Harry Potter PS1 games
Honestly, my favourite Harry Potter games are the PS1 games of Philosopher's Stone and Chamber of Secrets. Not just for the iconic graphics but they just bring so much nostalgia and comfort to me. It reminds me of when I first played them and even though I know every secret, card and bean of the games, they still just bring me joy because I don't even have to think when I play it. I can just play and still have a good time. I also like to try and 100% the game in the fastest time possible to compare it to previous times I've played it and I get that sense of achievement if I do manage it. It's sometimes the little things that bring us joy.

Anyway, those are my favourites for the month. Sorry there's only three things on the list but as I said I had to write this post before I went away to Las Vegas so I didn't have a chance to love more things but next month will hopefully be better.

Thank you for taking the time to view my blog and I'll be back tomorrow with Chapter 10 as we start a brand new month.

See you then.
