Catch Up

I thought I'd make this post as a little catch up post about how my January has gone so far. I don't know about you but January feels like it's going on forever but luckily we're on the last few days now before we head into the shortest month of the year.
It started off with celebrating New Year's Day with family down in Somerset and watching the New Year's fireworks. It was a fun evening playing Knowledge Is Power on the Playstation which is a fun family quiz game.
It was then time to travel home which I can only describe as the smoothest train journey I've experienced. No delays. Having a seat on every train. No bus replacements. It was the best train journey I've ever had.
Then it was back to reality by going to work. It snowed one day and I decided to go for a walk in the snow on the seafront. Got to take some nice pictures of the seafront covered in snow.
I made fajitas which were very tasty before accidentally deciding to cut my own fringe and cutting a bit too much that my fringe is now a bit lopsided and my hair is a little bit like a mullet. Luckily it's growing out now so disaster availed.
I thought my January was about to get exciting because I had plans to meet up with someone. Sadly though I got stood up which sucked. Although I turned the bad day around by having a day to myself. I went for the longest walk and just had time to myself which was nice.
I had a lovely work's party and also played a lot of Harry Potter.
Last weekend, me and my mum decided to take a trip to Telford and do a bit of shopping. Plus we stayed the night in a hotel and ended up watching Better Man. I have never cried so much at a movie but I just really loved it.
I've also been doing some skillshare courses and trying to better myself as well plus I've been working on a few posts for next month which I'm excited to share.

There we have it, that's what I've been up to in January. Let me know how your January has gone. Mine has gone pretty good and made it a good start for the rest of the year.

Thank you for taking the time to view my blog and I'll be back again soon with another post.

See you then.
