February Favourites

The end of the shortest month of the year which means it's time for a favourite post. Here is everything I've been loving in the month of February.

Cheaters
This is a BBC comedy that tells the story of two people that end up sleeping with each other while in Finland only when they get home realise they are neighbours. Even more shocking, one is married and one is in an eleven year relationship. The episodes are around ten minutes long and series two came out last year. This is a very raunchy series with scenes of a sexual nature so definitely not for adult viewing. It's a fun series that deals with the morality of cheating and why people end up cheating. Obviously cheating is not an answer for any relationship complications but this series definitely makes you understand why someone may cheat on their partner. It's a relatable series and has a nice use of representation in it. Definitely a series you can binge watch as the episodes are quite short which makes it easy to get through but the storytelling is definitely there. Definitely a series worth checking out if you're looking for something fun, relatable and a bit raunchy to watch if that's your cup of tea.
Nestle Nesquik Chocolate Milkshake
This might be a very random favourite but I've been craving Nesquik chocolate milkshakes for a while. I had some in Las Vegas where they had a bottle of it but in the UK they don't have a bottle version of this so I decided to get the powder one where you add milk to it. I've really enjoyed it because it's quite a nice sweet drink. It's definitely a drink I've been drinking a lot throughout this month as I've nearly finished the box and I'm thinking of getting another. Sometimes in life you need to treat yourself and I do enjoy a chocolate milkshake so this really helped fulfil a craving I've been having for a while. As random as it may be, it definitely has been a favourite of this month.
Lindt Lindor Chocolate
Another chocolaty treat but I treated myself to a present for Valentines to some luxurious chocolates. For me I don't often buy Lindt chocolate as it is normally on the pricier side of chocolate but it was on offer in Tesco one day and thought why not treat myself this Valentines which these. I love the smooth taste of the chocolate. The adverts don't lie when they say each bite is luxurious. Granted I only had one box of these this month but I thoroughly enjoyed them and definitely a favourite of mine.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner Of Azkaban
I ended up having a Harry Potter marathon on Valentine's Day and one of my favourite movies is Prisoner Of Azkaban. I love the filmmaking of this one and the way the personalities of each of the characters really show. I know the director told the actors to wear their school uniform how their characters would wear them and it really shows off their personalities. Plus I think it tells the story of the book really well. I know there's a few details that get missed out but it tells the major points of the book in a way that sets up for the rest of the series. Plus I don't really mind if a few details get missed because that's what makes the book worth the read. Speaking of the book, I was actually listening to the audiobook this month which is one of my favourite books in the series. As I watched the film and listened to the audiobook this month, Prisoner of Azkaban is definitely a firm favourite for this month
The Apprentice
I spent this month watching Series 17 and 18 of The Apprentice. I believe I've watched every single episode of The Apprentice and it's a show that inspires me to be productive. I used to watch previous series constantly but it's been a while so this month I decided to watch the last two series as they were on BBC iPlayer. I'm also currently watching the new series and still not sure what to make of the new candidates at the moment but I'm sure just like the previous series it will be good. My favourite task is always the advertising task because as I've done two advertising degrees, it's always hilarious to see how some of the candidates get it so wrong and I like to think about how I would approach the brief if I was giving it. It's a show that is fun to watch as sometimes the candidates are hilarious at what they say and do in these tasks. Definitely a favourite of this month as I finished both Series 17 and 18 plus I'm all caught up with Series 19 and looking forward to seeing the rest of the series.
There we have it. Those are all the things I've been loving this month. Let me know in the comments below what you've been loving this month, I would love to hear it.

Thank you for taking the time to view my blog and I'll be back soon with another post.

See you then.
